Reservations

Reservations will be confirmed with advance payment of 50% of your total stay for 2 or more nights. Single nights are paid in full in advance.  A two-night minimum booking is required for weekends May 15 through September 15. A two-night minimum booking is required for Holidays.

 We accept cash, personal checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card. We will hold your tentative reservation for 5 days pending receipt of your check or money order. Reservations are confirmed immediately with credit card.  All room rates subject to Pennsylvania State and County Taxes.

Cancellations

A reservation may be canceled by phone or in writing with the following service charges:   4 weeks prior to arrival date -- 10% of total stay,  2 weeks -- 50% of total stay, less than 1 week or failure to arrive without notification -- full price of total stay will be charged. All cancellations shall be subject to a $20.00 processing fee.

 

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in time is 3:00PM, Check-out time is 11:00AM. Late check out - 1PM - is available for an additional charge of $25.00 plus taxes.  Early check in is available, however room access is guaranteed by 3:00pm. We will provide an area to stow your luggage until your room is available.

 

Pet care

Pet Care: Kennel facilities are available at the Elysburg Animal Hospital, located within 3 miles. Vaccination certificate and other restrictions may be required.

 

Smoking

Our building is smoke free with limited smoking areas outside.
